By accessing and using PasaPuerto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

PasaPuerto provides an ELP compliance training simulator for commercial drivers. The service includes audio-based practice scenarios, sign recognition drills, a bilingual glossary, and certificate generation. PasaPuerto is a training tool and does not guarantee passage of any official DOT inspection.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

Payment Terms

Solo Access is a one-time purchase. Fleet plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

PasaPuerto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to the outcome of any DOT inspection.
