For Fleet Managers

Buy seats, invite drivers, and track training progress across your fleet.

  1. 1. Create a Fleet Manager account.
  2. 2. Purchase seats ($150/year per driver seat).
  3. 3. Invite drivers by email from your Fleet Seats page.
  4. 4. Drivers click the invite link, register, and are automatically assigned to your fleet seat.
  5. 5. Track readiness and export certificates for compliance records.

For Drivers

You can join as an independent driver or through an employer invite.

Option 1: Solo (independent)

  1. 1. Create your driver account.
  2. 2. Purchase Solo Access (one-time $14.99).
  3. 3. Practice the simulator, pass the drills, and download your certificate.

Option 2: Fleet invite (employer paid)

  1. 1. Open the invite email from your fleet manager.
  2. 2. Click the link and register with the same email address.
  3. 3. You’ll be automatically added to your employer’s seat and can start training immediately.
