  • Support Customer recordkeeping workflows

Pasa Puerto does not provide regulatory compliance services.

3. Role in DQF Data

Pasa Puerto acts as a service provider/data processor.

  • The Customer is the data controller
  • The Customer determines how records are used
  • Pasa Puerto does not verify regulatory sufficiency

4. Data Access

  • Customers control access to their data
  • Users may access their own records
  • Pasa Puerto personnel access data only for support, security, or legal compliance

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Upon termination:

  • Data will be available for export for 30 days
  • After that, data will be deleted or anonymized, unless required by law

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining required DQF records.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards, including:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Audit logs for certificate generation

However, no system is completely secure.

7. Audio Data and Biometric Disclaimer

  • Audio recordings are used solely for assessment purposes.
  • Pasa Puerto does not treat audio data as biometric identifiers unless explicitly stated.
  • Customers are responsible for obtaining any legally required employee consents.

8. No Compliance Guarantee

Use of the Service does not ensure compliance with:

  • DOT or FMCSA regulations
  • Employment laws
  • Safety standards

9. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose data:

  • To service providers supporting the platform
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • To protect rights and safety

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
